SynaMan Licensing
 Personal Edition
Non-commercial use is defined as individuals using the product for personal use,
such as someone accessing their home machine from a laptop while away from home.
The free edition is not licensed for use within for-profit businesses, government
institutions (federal, state, local), educational institutions (including universities
and state or local school systems), and any individuals using SynaMan on behalf of such
entities or institutions.
Restrictions
Following restrictions apply in the personal edition.
- You can only use the
"admin" account to connect. You must upgrade
to the Professional edition if you need to
create other users.
- You are not allowed to create
public links.

 Professional Edition
The Professional edition is available and licensed for use within for-profit businesses,
government institutions (federal, state, local),
educational institutions (including universities and state or local school systems),
and any individuals using SynaMan on behalf of such entities or institutions.
The Professional edition costs $49.00 and includes 1 year of free support and upgrades. You will have a choice of
renewing the support contract the following years for $19.99. Support includes free upgrades and telephone support.
If you decide not to renew this contract, you can continue using the existing version for as long as you like.

Enterprise Edition
Just like the Professional edition, the Enterprise edition is also designed to be used for commercial purposes. It includes every
feature available in the Professional edition, plus:
The Enterprise version costs $499.00 and includes 1 year of free support and upgrades. You will have a choice of renewing the
support contract the following years for 40% of what you originally paid, which is around $199.60. Support includes free upgrades and telephone support. If you decide not to renew
this contract, you can continue using the existing version for as long as you like.

Platinum Support
Support is free for the 1st year. The cost for support is included in the price and therefore, you don't pay anything else for the first year.
Platinum support includes:
- Free upgrades to the software
- Support via telephone
- Priority email support
- Public forums
- Access to pre-release versions of the software
Once the first year is over, you have a choice of renewing your support contract for 40% of what you originally paid. If you decide not to purchase the support contract, you may continue using the last version of SynaMan for as long as you like without paying us anything. In that case, the only support option you will have is through our public forums. You won't get any updates to the software.
