99.9% of all credit card purchases are handle without any human
interactions and therefore, you get a serial number almost
instantaneously.
Occasionally, some credit card transactions go into manually
processing. This happens when our fraud detection system flags a
particular transaction as "High risk". In such cases, the transaction
must be approved by one of our sales representative. This process can
take up to 2 hours.
