Important Notes:
There are a few subtle but important differences between SynaMan running on QNAP vs a regular Linux machine:
- The default HTTP port on QNAP is 6060.
- The default installation path on a regular Linux machine is
/opt/SynaMan
. However, this value
on QNAP is /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/SynaMan
on QNAP. This is important in case you need to read/modify
some advance configuration or access the log files to troubleshoot common problems
