Displaying Access Logs

Starting version 4.7, the Enterprise Edition of SynaMan can create Access Logs for every file. Consider an example where you want to know who uploaded, downloaded or modified a file in SynaMan; Access Logs provide you that information.

Viewing Logs

Use the following steps to view Access Logs for a desired file.

• Log in as admin and click Access Logs on the right hand side
• Enter either the full file name or use a wildcard, for example: *.pdf
• Optionally, select a user
• Following screen will display a list of matching files
• Click the desired file
• The following screen will display every event for the selected file in reverse chronological order
