Before you could submit queries against an MS Access 2007 database, you need to download and install Access 2007 Database Engine from Microsoft's website. After installing you should be able to create ODBC DSN connecting to .accdb files.
IMPORTANT: You do not need MS Access installed on the machine to run queries against an MS Access database. All you need is the Access Database engine, which is available from Microsoft's website at no charge.
