Details
You need MDAC version 2.5 or above. Every Windows machine comes
with MDAC and you should not have to install it separately. For any
reason you need to reinstall it can be downloaded from MSDN's site
To see what version of MDAC you are currently using check the following node in Windows Registry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\Software
\Microsoft
\DataAccess
\Version
