Upgrading from Professional to ISP
Often companies want to try the Professional license to see how Syncrify performs and then upgrade their license to the ISP edition. Following bullets underlines our policy regarding such upgrades:
- If the ISP edition is purchased within 30 days of purchasing the Professional license, we will give you a full credit of the amount paid for the Professional edition towards the purchase of the ISP edition.
- After 30 days we will append your existing license to an ISP edition. You will have to pay the full price of the ISP edition.
Example
You purchase a 5 user license for $245 on June 1st. You will receive 6 licenses (Buy 1 get one free).
If you upgrade to the ISP edition on June 20th, the cost will be $1,249 and you will get 100 user license.
If you upgrade to the ISP edition on July 20th, the cost will be $1,499 and you will receive 106 user license.
