Creating multiple copies of a backup When you create a backup, it stores only a single copy of the file. The following steps demonstrate how to create multiple copies.
The key is to create multiple profiles containing the same data and schedule them one day apart. For example, you want to keep 7 copies of your files. You create one profile for every day, for example, Sunday, Monday and and so on. You create a schedule to run each profile once a week on the corresponding day.
